At Spud-Pup, we know you’re excited to get your loaf suited up and walkin’ in style. That’s why we do our best to get your harness out the door quickly — and safely.
📦 Order Processing Times
We pack every order with care (and a little love from the Spud Squad).
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Once your parcel is in the courier’s paws, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it home.
⏳ Busy period? During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days — thanks for your patience!
🗺️ Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery speed depends on where you and your loaf are located. On average:
3–7 business days
Note: customs delays, weather, or carrier issues may occasionally affect shipping times. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes.
✏️ Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Changed your mind or mistyped your shipping details? Let us know within 24 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to update it.
If our system spots something off with your address, we’ll reach out within 3 business days. If we can’t confirm the info, we may need to cancel and refund the order.
⏱️ Delayed Delivery
We want your harness to arrive as quickly as your Frenchie dashes after squirrels — but sometimes, delays happen due to:
Courier issues (e.g. weather, transportation delays)
Customs clearance (for international orders)
Inventory or address problems
We’ll always keep you updated and work to resolve any hiccups.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package goes missing: 1️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier — they often have the latest updates.
2️⃣ Then email us at support@spudpup.shop and we’ll do our best to help file a claim or look into a possible resolution.
While we can’t guarantee replacements for lost or stolen items once they’ve left our hands, we’ll always treat you fairly.
