Need to cancel or update your order? Just reach out within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order is being packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes — but we’ll try our best.

Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.

If you upgraded to our VIP bundle, your harness is covered under our Lifetime Loaf Guaranteeā„¢ — meaning we’ll replace it if it ever fails due to hardware or manufacturing issues, for as long as Spud-Pup is in business.

šŸ“¦ Damaged or Defective Items

We pack every order with care, but if your harness arrives damaged or defective (not just a scuffed box), let us know within 72 hours at support@spudpup.shop with a clear photo. If eligible, we’ll send a free replacement.

Please note: We can’t offer replacements for damage caused by chewing, zoomie collisions, or normal wear and tear.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order is with the courier, tracking info will be emailed to you.

Delays can occasionally happen in transit, but we’re here to help if things get stuck. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly — but you’re always welcome to email us too.

Mistakes happen! If you typed the wrong address, email us within 24 hours so we can update it before your order ships.Ā Once it’s out the door, we can’t reship or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
